What it offers
The AI delivery governance framework I designed and own for my own platform — security, responsible AI, compliance, and risk, operated through a tool registry, prompt library, and governance council, plus the curriculum I wrote and taught from it.
AI tools, prompts, and governance decisions were scattered across people and countries with no shared visibility — this gave the program one registry, one library, one council.

How it evolved
- Structured as four pillars: registry, prompts, ideas, council
- Training became one self-contained file, not a slide deck
- Rebuilt the deck three times until it clicked
- Shipped as a fact-checked, five-tab deck
